Sahrawi Minister of Health participates in annual Ministerial Forum of African CDC
The Minister of Public Health arrived in Addis Ababa on Thursday 13 February 2025 morning to participate in the Third Annual Ministerial Forum of the Executive Leadership Program organized by the African Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (African CDC).
Held at the Sheraton Hotel in the Ethiopian capital, the forum brings together several African health ministers and senior officials to discuss strategies for strengthening leadership in health and reinforcing political commitment to building resilient and sustainable healthcare systems across the continent.
On the sidelines of the forum, the Sahrawi Minister engaged in bilateral meetings with counterparts from various African nations, as well as officials from the African CDC. These discussions focused on enhancing cooperation and bolstering health capacities to effectively address the pressing challenges facing healthcare systems in Africa.
